Fashion 2 300x336REVLON is launching a series of Marchesa-inspired beauty products. The collaboration will start with a line of 3D nail art – the first of three collections – then expand to include lip and eye products, nail polish and other beauty tools.

“Fashion and beauty are about self-expression and experimentation and taking a creative approach to your personal style,” said Keren Craig, co-founder of Marchesa. “While we can’t reveal all the details of our multicollection partnership with Revlon just yet, each collection will truly embody our brand’s feminine and dramatic spirit.”

The initial Revlon by Marchesa 3D Jewel Appliqué nail art collection will feature eight different patterns inspired by Marchesa couture gowns. The following two ranges will be unveiled over the next 18 months.

“Through Revlon’s incredible global reach, we will be able to bring a little piece of Marchesa to women around the world,” added Marchesa’s co-founder and designer, Georgina Chapman.

The beauty brand will also be responsible for the make-up and nails and Marchesa’s future shows during New York Fashion Week – with Revlon global artistic director Gucci Westman acting as lead make-up artist. The first Revlon by Marchesa nail art collection will launch in the UK in September.
